4 pork loin chops
4 thin onion slices
4 lemon slices
4 tbsp. packed brown sugar
4 tbsp. ketchup
Salt

Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt. Place pork chops in ungreased baking pan. Top each chop with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake, spooning sauce onto chops occasionally until done, about 30 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
