HOLIDAY YAM BAKE | |
1 (40 oz.) can yams, drained 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter, melted 3 tbsp. nuts, chopped 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows Mash yams well; drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add fruit juice to yams, sugar and butter. Beat well. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Butter casserole dish; bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 10 minutes more. |
