VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen Italian style frozen veggies
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
1 tube crushed Ritz crackers

Cook vegetables as directed and place in greased 8x8 inch casserole. Mix onions, celery, cheese and mayonnaise and pour on top. Melt butter, stir in crackers and sprinkle on top. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
