HAMBURGER SOUP 
3 carrots, cut up
5 med. potatoes, cut up
1 sm. onion, chopped
6 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 lb. ground meat
1 can corn (15 oz.)
1 can stewed tomatoes (16 oz.)
1 can tomato juice (46 oz.)
1 c. uncooked macaroni

Put carrots in a 5 quart pan. Add 6 cups water and cook on medium heat, covered, for 25 minutes. Add cut up potatoes, onions, salt and black pepper. Cook on medium for 15 minutes; then add macaroni. Let this cook about 5 minutes. Stir during this time so macaroni won't stick.

Crumble ground meat in and cook a few minutes. Add corn, tomatoes, tomato juice and Tabasco sauce. After it boils again, cover and simmer about 15 minutes. This makes a full 5 quart pan of soup.
