TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
14 oz. pkg. caramels
Fudge frosting

Mix cake mix as directed on package. Put half of batter (about 2-2 1/2 cups) in a well greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. meanwhile melt 1/2 cup Pet milk, 1/4 cup butter and all the caramels. Pour over hot cake; sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over next. Then pour remaining batter over cake and bake another 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with chocolate fudge frosting when cake has cooled.
