VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
16 oz. pkg. California blend vegetables
1/3 c. sour cream
1 can cream soup
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 can Durkee fried onions

Place vegetables in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with soup, sour cream and Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with Durkee onion and bake for 5 more minutes.
