TURKISH SALAD 
1 red or yellow onion
2 lg. tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 cucumber
2 oz. feta cheese
3 radishes
1/2 sm. hot green pepper
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano

Chop onion, tomatoes, and green pepper and put in a mixing bowl. Peel and chop cucumber and add. Crumble cheese into bowl. Grate in radishes. Mince hot green pepper and add.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon into bowl. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and all the rest of the ingredients and chill until ready to serve. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
