HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fine crushed chow mein noodles
1/2 c. milk
Minced onion to taste or fine chopped onion

Form meatball mixture into walnut size meatballs, dip into sauce and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Place meatballs in sauce and let cook at low heat for about 30-45 minutes.

SAUCE:

1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. ketchup

Can add 1 cup water if sauce seems too thick, it will cook down while meatballs simmer in sauce.
