DRUNKEN STEW 
1-2 lbs. stew beef
Carrots
Celery
Onions
Potatoes
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1/4 c. cream of wheat
1 c. Burgundy wine
Marjoram
Thyme
Salt
Pepper

Mix together and sprinkle with marjoram, thyme, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, covered. Stir occasionally to prevent stew sticking to sides of dish.
