SKILLET FRIED CORN 
6 to 8 ears fresh corn, cleaned and silked
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Cut corn off cob into a bowl. Mix in a heaping teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet; add corn mixture into hot pan. Turn down. Stir fry 5 to 10 minutes. Turn burner off and place a lid on top until ready to serve.
