PIGS IN A BLANKET 
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground chuck
1 head cabbage
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pepper
2 cans tomato sauce

Cook rice mix with meat and seasonings. Cook cabbage leaves in boiling salted water until leaves are limp enough to roll, put some mixture in a cabbage leaf and roll up. Place rolls in a casserole and pour tomato sauce over it. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until done.
