PEKING STYLE FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak (2-3 lbs.)
3 tbsp. peanut or corn oil
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 cloves crushed garlic

Place the steak in a glass dish and pierce all over with a fork. Combine all the other ingredients, and pour over the steak. Let the meat stand for several hours, turning occasionally.

Broil or grill until done. Cut the steak into thin slices on the diagonal and serve. Serves 4-6.
