CRUMB CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. sour milk (add 1 tbsp. vinegar to milk and let stand for 5 min.)
1 tsp. baing soda
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter and brown sugar. Add flour. Save 1/2 cup crumbs for on top. Mix in sour milk, baking soda, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake in 9x13 inch pan (greased) at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve as a coffee cake or add Cool Whip for a dessert.
