TALLARINA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 (#2) cans tomatoes
1 (#2) can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. noodles
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Brown beef, onions and green pepper. Add tomatoes and corn. Add seasonings to taste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Cook noodles in salted water until tender, drain and rinse. Place half of noodles in 3 quart casserole dish. Add layers of meat mixture, repeat layers, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
