ROTEL CHICKEN BAKE 
1 lg. chicken, boiled and boned
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 bag fritos, wilted with 1 c. hot chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1/2 tsp. chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Spread wilted fritos in 9 x 12 inch pan. Spread chicken over fritos, onion, green pepper, and half the cheese. Heat soups, tomatoes, and seasoning. Pour over Fritos, layer and top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Must use Rotel tomatoes. Serves 12.
