SALAD WITH CHICKEN 
4 c. lettuce
2 c. spinach
1/2 c. sprouts
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 c. asparagus
1/2 c. slivered carrots

Boil asparagus until tender. Put immediately into cold water. Pour boiling water from asparagus over slivered carrots to soften. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Serve with favorite dressing.
