SUE'S CHICKEN 
4 c. cooked white meat, torn in bites
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix

Put chicken in bottom of greased 3-quart pan. Mix sour cream and soup; pour over chicken. Melt butter; add egg and chicken broth. Pour over stuffing mix and stir until dressing is moist. Spread over chicken. Bake covered 1/2 hour. Uncover and cook 15 minutes more in 350 degree oven.
