CORN RELISH 
3 dozen ears sweet corn
1/2 lb. cabbage
4 onions
1 qt. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 green peppers
1 red pepper
1/2 c. salt
3 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cut corn from ear and chop cabbage, onions, and peppers. Mix all ingredients together and boil 1 hour. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
