PECAN SNOW BALLS 
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Cream butter, vanilla and sugar together until fluffy; add salt and flour, sifted together. Add pecans; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and roll in confectioners' sugar. Yield 50 cookies.
