1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 c. green onion, finely sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. cucumber, diced
1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt

Prepared Jello according to package directions. When partially set add the remaining ingredients. You can use a gelatin mold or a pretty clear glass bowl.
