1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. cold water

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Bake in 9"x13" pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
