GRASSHOPPER DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter, softened 4 eggs 1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup Beat above until smooth. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until springs back when touched. After cake is cool, mix 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup soft butter, 1 tablespoon water, 1/2 teaspoon mint extract and 3 drops green food coloring. In small bowl melt 6 tablespoons butter and 1 cup mint chocolate chips. Spread on top of icing after it has set. |
