SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground sausage 1 lg. chopped onion 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 c. chopped pecans 4 1/2 c. water 1 chopped bell pepper 2 env. dry chicken noodle soup mix Brown sausage; drain. Boil remaining ingredients in water 7 minutes; combine with sausage. Put in 2 quart baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
