CHOW MEIN CABBAGE 
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups cut celery
2/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Combine vegetables. Melt butter, add vegetables and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes more or until vegetables are tender crisp.

Serve over rice and add soy sauce for extra flavor.

Similar recipe from book says 3 cup cabbage and 1 cup celery. Guess it depends on what you have on hand.
