CHOW - MEIN NUT CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Toss together and set aside.

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
1/4 lb. cashew nuts
1 c. celery, finely chopped

Saute 1/4 cup chopped onion in butter. Add to soup mixture with 1/4 cup water. Turn into shallow 4 cup casserole. Top with noodle mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Serves 4.
