CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk or 2/3 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, optional
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 c. chow mein noodles

Blend soups and milk. Fold in remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
