EMERALD PEA SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen petite peas
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped cashews
1/2 c. chopped cooked bacon
1 c. sour cream seasoned with salt, 1 tsp. pepper & garlic
1/2 c. chopped celery or 1 sm. can water chestnuts or both

Thaw and drain peas. Add onions, celery, chestnuts and sour cream. Chill overnight or several hours. Before serving add bacon and nuts. Mix well and serve.
