SPREAD FOR NUT BREAD 
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1/3 c. flaked coconut
2 tbsp. apricot, pineapple or peach preserves

Combine cream chees and preserves, mixing until well blended. Add coconut. Mix well. Serve with nut bread.
