1 frozen pie crust
1 box frozen spinach
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick white Cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
1 pt. sour cream

Cook frozen pie crust 5 minutes at 425 degrees. Meanwhile cook spinach and DRAIN WELL. Grate cheese.

Mix all ingredients (except crust) together, place in crust and cook for approximately 50 minutes.
