2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/4 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 stiff beaten egg whites

Sift dry ingredients. Blend cooking oil and milk, add to beaten egg yolks. Add to flour mixture and stir. Fold in egg whites. Bake in heated waffle iron.
