HIGH ALTITUDE CONVERSION 
1. Use 2 teaspoons additional flour.

2. Decrease baking powder, soda or cream of tartar 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon or 1/4 of the total amount.

3. Decrease sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon per cup.

4. Increase liquid 2 to 3 tablespoons per cup.

5. Do not change temperature.
