WHITE CHRISTMAS CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) candied fruit
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar

Blend cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually add 2 cups flour with fruit and nuts. Fold into batter.

Grease a 10-inch tube pan. Pour batter into pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan. If desired, garnish with candied pineapple and cherries.
