SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 onion, sliced 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup 1/3 c. milk 2 lg. baking potatoes (cooked & sliced) (about 3 1/2 c. potatoes) 1. In large skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook onion and celery until tender. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 servings. |
