1 can peaches, 29 oz. (O'sage)
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cut peach halves into smaller slices and then pour peaches and juice into shallow bake pan. Next pour over 1/2 of the yellow cake mix and spread evenly. Pour over melted butter and top with chopped pecans. Bake approximately 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
