HAM LOGS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. lean ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk

TOPPING:

2 cans tomato soup
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix top ingredients together. Form into logs (1/2 cup per log). Makes 28 to 30. Mix topping ingredients together. Pour over logs. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
