GRAPE JELLY MICROWAVE 
1 can (6 oz.) frozen grape juice
1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) powdered fruit pectin
2 c. hot water
3 3/4 c. sugar

Combine juice, pectin and hot water in 3 quart dish. Cover tightly; microwave on high 10 minutes or until mixture starts to boil rapidly stirring twice. Remove. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Cover. Microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes. Skim off foam. Pour into sterilized containers. Seal. Refrigerate 2 to 3 weeks or freeze up to 1 year.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
