3 lb. ham loaf mix (ask for in grocery meat dept. they will grind)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped onions

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients. Shape in loaf. Bake at 350- degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Drain before glaze.

Boil glaze 10 minutes. Pour over loaf and bake 15 minutes longer.
