PECAN PIE 
1 c. light Karo
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients for filling together; add pecans last. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. When pie is done, outer edges of filling should be set, center slightly soft.
