CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Sliced, cooked chicken (or turkey)
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli until tender crisp. (Do not over cook.) Arrange in 9"x11" ungreased dish. (Use oil spray to prevent sticking.) Place chicken over broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.)
