CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2/3 c. evaporated milk (canned) 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft marshmallow cream 1 c. chopped nuts 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan; bring to a full boil (rolling boil), stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate pieces until blended. Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Cut at room temperature. Cut in squares. Makes approximately 3 pounds. |
