DOUBLE - BOILER CHOCOLATE
PUDDING
 
A rather firm pudding with a rich chocolate flavor, to be served warm. In top part of double boiler, combine 2 or 3 squares unsweetened chocolate, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Heat over simmering water until chocolate is dissolved. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Then add 3 unbeaten eggs all at once and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; beat 1 minute. Cover and cook 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 4.
