SOUR CREAM HASH BROWN POTATOES 
1-2 lb. bag Southern hash browns
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lg. bag shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lg. (16 oz.) sour cream

Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan in 350 degree oven. Mix remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl and pour in pan. Bake covered for 1 hour. Take cover off and bake another 1/2 hour.
