1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. cottage cheese
2 sm. chopped onions or 2 c. onion flakes
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9"x14" pan or casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes until done.
