CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. rice

Mix together in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add cinnamon and/or nutmeg as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool. Refrigerate. Recipe may be doubled; use 3 quart baking dish.
