CRISP VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 c. sliced 1/4 inch carrots
1 c. sliced 1/8 inch cucumber

DRESSING:

1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped cucumber

Stir together all dressing ingredients except cucumber. Stir in cucumber last. Add all salad ingredients; stir to coat.
