SAUSAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. good sausage, roll type
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits (I use Hungry Jacks)

Slice sausage meat into patties, cook in a 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes, 4 minutes on each side.

Do not over cook; cool sausage.

Flatten our each biscuit good, and cut in half. Take 1/4 of the sausage pattie and roll up into the biscuit, making sure the biscuit is well sealed. Put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degree oven until brown. These freeze well.
