SAUSAGE ROLL 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. pork sausage (sage)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Fry sausage and drain.

Roll crescent rolls out as for jelly roll. Add remaining ingredients to sausage. Spread sausage mixture over dough. Roll up beginning at wide side. Place on cookie sheet with open side down. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
