1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
Dash pepper
4 oz. twist macaroni, cooked
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. cooked peas
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 tbsp. dried dill weed

In large bowl stir together first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat well. Cover and chill.
