TACO MAC SALAD 
6 oz. skinner twirls (macaroni), about 1 1/2 c.
1 lb. ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 oz. pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 box cherry tomatoes, halves
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 c. French dressing
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco flavored corn chips

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Drain; brown meat and mix well. Add taco seasonings; cool. In a large bowl mix macaroni, green pepper, onion, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and seasonings. Chill. Stir in French dressing, corn chips, and ground beef before serving. Makes 8-10 servings.
