20 oz. pkg. Oreos, crushed
11 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (12 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
2 (3 1/2 oz.) sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Put 1/2 of crushed Oreos in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan or clean flower pot. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar; mix well. Fold in whipped topping.

In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Combine with cream cheese mixture - pour over cookie crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill one hour. Decorate with flowers and worms.
